ChromeQualis: A Convenient Extension for Checking Journal Classifications
ChromeQualis is a useful Google Chrome extension that allows users to easily check the classification of journals. Developed by andre.iftm, this extension provides a convenient way to access the Capes Quadrennial classification for the yearsand.
Using ChromeQualis is straightforward. There are two ways to utilize the extension: either select the ISSN number of the journal and click on the extension button, or click on the extension button, enter the ISSN number in the search field, and click the search button.
The latest version, 3.0, introduces several new features. It includes the classification for the Quadrennialbased on the official data from the Sucupira platform. Additionally, the initial warnings have been removed, providing a smoother user experience. It's worth noting that this extension no longer relies on the QualisAPI.
